Binding lifetimes as a function of the location of the first contact for diblock, triblock, and tetrablock sequences. For all sequences there is a noticeable increase in the lifetime when the first contact is a strong binding site. This is due to the reduced probability of rapid dissociation. ε0 = 0.5, δ = 0.2
