Inclusion and exclusion criteria applied to create an analytic sample of Veterans who completed the 2013 Veterans Healthcare Administration Patient Centered Medical Home Survey of Healthcare Experiences of Patients (PCMH-SHEP) and had an active diagnosis of depression in the year prior to and following the PCMH-SHEP. Exclusion criteria were applied sequentially.
