Flow cytometry analysis showed that immunization with Qβ-MUC1 conjugates 1013 induced IgG antibodies capable of binding with a panel of MUC1 expressing tumor cells stronger than sera from mice immunized with Qβ only. Mean fluorescence intensities of binding to (a) RMA-MUC1 cells; (b) B16-MUC1 cells; and (c) MCF-7 cells. Binding was tested with 1:20 dilutions of the post-immune sera. * p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01, *** p < 0.001. The p values were determined through a two-tailed t-test using GraphPad Prism.
