IHC analyses of the compounds in the microtubule network: the HeLa cells were treated with compounds 9c and 9j at 0.5 μM concentration for 48 h, followed by staining with an α-tubulin antibody. Microtubule organization was clearly observed by the green colored tubulin network like structures in the control cells and was found to be disrupted in cells treated with compounds 9c and 9j.
