In B, the RNA was prepared from individual fractions across polysome gradients as described in Material and Methods, and analyzed by qRT-PCR. The ratio P/FM run-off:P/FM control for each strain is indicated (Ratio -/+CHX). Statistical analyses were performed using Student’s t-test of comparisons between wt and mutants (*p<0.1, **p<0.05).
