Linkage disequilibrium (LD) blocks of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) and interleukin 7 receptor (IL7R) and TSLP receptor (TSLPR). The LD blocks of (A) TSLP and (B) IL7R were constructed based on the HapMap CHB and JPT datasets, and the LD blocks of (C) TSLPR were constructed based on the data obtained by direct DNA sequencing of all the exons, the 500 bp of the 5′ flanking region and the intron–exon junctions of the gene TSLPR in 50 coronary artery disease cases and 50 healthy controls. The selected tag SNPs were marked with rectangular boxes. Each diamond represents the LD degree between the SNPs. The color indicates the D′ (a redder color represents a higher D′) and the numbers within the diamonds are the r² values.
