Role of TNFR1 in the accumulation of MDSC in the spleen. Groups of C57BL/6 wild type and tnfr1−/− mice were inoculated with S. aureus FPR3757 by intraperitoneal route. (A,B) MDSC were purified from the spleen at day 8 post-inoculation. The relative expression levels of S100A8 (A) and S100A9 (B) mRNA in this population were determined by RT real-time PCR and normalized to GAPDH. (a.u.): arbitrary units.
