Adjusted for gender, race, ethnicity, marital status, living with, employment status, and education. To control for multiple comparisons Bonferroni adjustment was used for post hoc tests.

Sig. refers to the global F for the model. In adjusted analyses, demographic differences may drive overall model significance rather than linguistic variables.

Post-Hoc test:

Uppercase (A, B, C) indicates significant differences between means at p < .05.

Lowercase (a, b, c) indicates significant differences between means at p < .10 (but >.05).
