Activation of caspases with single and dual PI3K/MEK inhibitors. Caspase 3/7 activation in 661W cells (A) and ARPE-19 cells (B) was measured in the presence of ZSTK474, PD0325901, ST-162, ST-168, and PD0325901+ZSTK474 cocktail for 24 h.
