(A) Primary-activated human T cells were transfected with control siRNAs or siRNAs targeting RAB40C. The cells were subsequently loaded onto transwell filters coated with ICAM-1, and migration toward the chemokine SDF-1 in the bottom chamber was quantified. The numbers of cells migrating toward SDF/ICAM-1 in the control siRNA samples was set to 100%. The data in (A) were compiled from three independent experiments.
