Relative ERRα mRNA expression in EC cells treated with different concentrations of XCT790. Relative mRNA expression of ERRα was analyzed in RL-952 (A), AN3-CA (B), HEC-1A (C), and HEC-1B (D) EC cell lines treated with XCT790. After treatment with 10 or 1 µM XCT790 (XCT group), the expressions of ERRα mRNA were compared with the cells treated with 0.1% DMSO (DMSO group) or untreated cells (blank group). The RL-952 (E) and HEC-1A (F) cells treated with 10 µM XCT790 for 24 or 48 h were also analyzed. Compared to the DMSO or blank group, the ERRα mRNA in cells treated with 10 µM XCT790 for 24 h and 48 h showed a downregulation of ERRα induced by XCT790. All experiments were conducted in triplicate. *Significant differences (P<0.05) are indicated.
