The best fits of stopped-flow data for excess actin ([A] = 2.5 μM, [S1] = 0.25 μM) and for high and low Ca²⁺ concentration (pCa of 4.6 and 8.9), by three different methods: DLS, quasi-Newton (QN), and SA. All three fitted curves fit the experimental data excellently. The values of estimated parameters K_B, K_t, K₁ and K₂ have similar but somewhat different values at the same Ca²⁺ concentrations and they are contrasted in Table 1. The backward rate constants are defined in the legend of Fig. 1.
