Cells (1 × 10⁴/well) were seeded into 96-well plates 1 day before treatment without or with various doses (0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 5, and 10 µM) of regorafenib, SC-43, and SC-78. After 48 h, cell viability was determined by MTT assays, and the IC₅₀ values of the three drugs were calculated
