Genes in networks are indicated by “_” between their names. “_2K” demonstrates the dichotomized variable indicating either expressed or undetectable (cf. Methods). P-values were from the 2 degrees of freedom Wald test if two variables, a continuous and a “_2K” were considered together. Note that SLCO5A1 expression is significantly associated with improved prognosis in both analyses.
