Measurement results of the exercise capacity of rats in each group. Results of the exhaustive swimming experiment show that the exercise time in the ILK-CSC group (12.69±0.58 min) is longer than that in the GFP-CSC (10.21±0.65 min) and NS (9.65±0.73 min) groups, and differences are statistically significant (*P<0.05). In addition, the exercise time in the GFP-CSC group is longer than that in the NS group (*P<0.05).
