Inhibitory effects of anti-CYR-61 on H358 cells in vitro. (A) MTT assays were used to analyze the inhibitory effects of anti-CYR-61 on H358 cell viability. (B) Immunofluorescence (using Alexa Fluro® conjugated Goat anti-rabbit Immunoglobulin G) was used to detect CYR-61 expression after anti-CYR-61 treatment. (C) Migration analysis was performed to determine the effect of anti-CYR-61 on H358 cell migration. (D) Invasion analysis was performed to determine the effect of anti-CYR-61 on H358 cell invasion.
