Threshold analysis of severe cases (primary result) on the ICER using an antivenom/adjunct approach. The cost-effectiveness threshold ($1,500 per DALY averted) is reached with a 3% absolute reduction and is indicated by a red point. The antivenom/adjunct strategy averted an additional 0.28 DALYs per person compared with antivenom only. The ICER of interest to this study (antivenom/adjunct combination strategy vs. antivenom alone) had a value of $68 per DALY averted.
