    Human CD4+ T cells isolated from the blood of healthy donors were cultured for 6 days together with CD14+ antigen‐presenting cells and treated with Vi polysaccharide, rocaglamide A or both substances combined or the corresponding solvents at the beginning of the culture. The cells were then assessed for their characteristic factors (A) IL‐17, (B) FOXP3, (C) IFN‐γ and (D) IL‐22 by FACS analysis.
