Adjusted for age (50 years to less than 60, 60 and above), race/ethnicity (non-Hispanic White, non-Hispanic Black, Mexican-American, and other), education (high school graduate or less, more than High School), smoking (current, former, and never), insurance (insured, not insured), self-perception of health (excellent/very good, good, and fair/poor), and body mass index (0 to less than 25, 25 to less than 30, and 30 and above).
