Proportion of participants reporting clinically significant insomnia severity (Insomnia Severity Index > 10), impaired sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index > 5), clinically significant fatigue (FACIT Fatigue Scale < 34), and poor sleep efficiency (sleep efficiency < 85%) at baseline, post-treatment, and follow-up (generalized estimating equation; time × group interactions). All statistical tests were two-sided.
