Score of manual injectability of chitosan hydrogels crosslinked with 0 – 5% glutaraldehyde. Injectability of syringe filled with aliquots of 4 ml of each formulation was considered acceptable when the total score was up to 30 ± 2, meaning they were able to inject the tested formulation with medium difficulty obtaining steady flow.
