Monoclonal IgG antibodies from ANRE patients bind HEK 293T cells expressing GluN1/2a. Triplicate serial dilutions of the 5F5 and 2G6 mAbs were assessed for binding to HEK293T cells transfected with GluN1a and GluN2a expression plasmids (T) or untransfected (UT) in a whole cell lysate ELISA.
