Kaempferol treatment had no significant effect on body weight, food consumption, body composition, pancreas weight, and liver triglyceride metabolism in HF diet-fed mice. (A) Body weight (BW) and BW gain (B) of the individual mouse was measured and calculated weekly. (C) Food intake was recorded each week, and the average daily food intake was calculated. Fat mass (D) and lean mass (E) at 0 and 4 wks after treatment were measured and expressed as percent of BW.
