Silencing and overexpressing β-catenin in CN cells. β-catenin expression was downregulated by si-β-catenin-infected cells (si-β-ctn), and was upregulated in Ad-β-catenin-infected CN (central neurocytoma) cells (Ad-β-ctn). (A) Reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction and (B) western blotting were performed to detect mRNA and protein expression of β-catenin in β-catenin-silenced cells (si-β-ctn) and control cells (ctrl).
