Hiwi siRNA decreases the levels of mRNA and protein in cervical cancer cells. (A) The level of Hiwi mRNA in cervical cancer cells was analyzed using reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction. The relative level of Hiwi mRNA was normalized to GAPDH. (B) The level of Hiwi protein in cervical cancer cells was detected using western blotting with β-actin as the internal reference. (C) The relative level of Hiwi protein in each group was calculated.
