Silencing DANCR inhibits colon cancer cell growth in vitro. (A) Fold change of DANCR in human colon cancer cell lines and normal human epithelial cells (HCoEpiC). DANCR was examined by RT-qPCR and normalized to GAPDH expression (P<0.01). (B) SW480 and (C) HCT15 cell lines were infected with lentivirus-based shRNA targeting DANCR and NC.
