Leptin-induced (a) and TNF-induced (b) mast cell migration. Mast cells were incubated with different concentrations of leptin, TNF (positive control) or medium alone (control spontaneous mast cell migration) for 3 h at 37 °C in a Boyden microchamber. Ten HPF were counted in each assay (×250). Spontaneous migration served as a control and was referred to as 100%. Each point represents the mean ± SD of three independent experiments done in duplicate. *P < 0.05
