GRE#1 (black rectangle) and GRE#2 (gray rectangle) are shown in the IEtu1 promoter fragment. (B) Neuro-2A cells were transfected with plasmids expressing the HCF-1 shRNA (c504) or control shRNA. Twenty-four hours later, cells were cotransfected with the DRR, 3′-DRR, or 5′-DRR reporter construct and a plasmid expressing the mouse GR.
