A nonparametric test of group differences was performed using the independent 2-group Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney Test, with *** indicating a p-value <0.001, ** for p < 0.01, * for p < 0.05 and ‘NS’ for p > 0.05. Adult bioavailability values are calculated based on their reported typical whole-organ intrinsic hepatic clearance, hepatic blood flow for their body weight and the fraction unbound (see eqs. 8 and 9) (13).
