Inhibitory effect of PL on LPS-induced activity of NF-κB. To observe the activity of NF-κB, DNA-binding assays in the mouse brain (a), cultured astrocyte primary (b), and microglial BV-2 cells (c) was performed by EMSA as described in the “Materials and Methods” section.
