Fig. 1 — Effects of curcumin on the cell viability of rat gingival fibroblasts. Cells were cultured with different concentrations of curcumin (0, 10 and 20 μM) in the presence or absence of 1 μg/ml lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Cell viability was determined by MTT assay. Curcumin was not cytotoxic to gingival fibroblasts at 10 or 20 μM (P > 0.05)
