Starting materials were spiked with the selected viruses and samples collected following the C-tag affinity chromatography or virus-reduction filtration process steps. Virus titer of each sample was determined by a 50% tissue culture infectious dose (TCID₅₀) infectivity assay and the resultant virus log₁₀ reduction factors are reported
