Effects of SERMs and their combinations with DBT on ALP activity and ERE luciferase activity of MG-63 cells. Human osteosarcoma MG-63 cells treated with DBT at 1.0 mg/ml were co-treated with different concentration (10-12–10-6 M) of tamoxifen and raloxifene in PRF DMEM containing 5% cs-FBS for 48 h.
