PMN coculture does not affect cytokine production in stimulated T cells. (A and B) PBMC stimulated with or without anti-CD3/CD28 mAbs were cocultured with increasing numbers of PMN for 16 h, and the percentage of T cells producing cytokines was determined using intracellular staining of flow cytometry. Live CD8 and CD4 T cells were gated. Results are shown as mean ± SEM (n = 3) from three different donors. p = NS.
