Effects of compounds on the TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and PGE2 productions in RAW 264.7 macrophages. Cells were pretreated with compounds for 1 h and then stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 12 h. The productions of TNF-α (A), IL-1β (B), IL-6 (C) and PGE2 (D) were measured as described in the materials and methods.
