Selectivity of the target derivatives organized according to type of selectivity. S1 = IC₅₀ (MCF-7)/IC₅₀ (MDA-MBA-231), however S2 = IC₅₀ (MDA-MBA-231)/IC₅₀ (MCF-7). When S1 > S2, the compound is more selective to MDA-MBA-231, and when S2 > S1, the compound is more selective to MCF-7. Data shown are the mean values ± SD from at least three experiments.
