A list of reference genes reported to assign luminal (A), basal (B), and infiltrated (C) subtypes in human iUC was used to query the gene expression patterns in the canine iUC dataset. Supervised clustering of the data displays similar patterns of these genes in canine iUC as reported in human iUC [5,8,17].
