Theroretical fluxes in the metabolic network with 0.5/60 mm external glucose in the absence of G6P/F1,6BP modulation. The first value of flux corresponds to 0.5 mm external glucose and the second value to 60 mm external glucose. The red steps have their flux increased after addition of 60 mm glucose and the green ones decreased. The ratio G6P/F1,6bP goes from 2.95 (0.5 mm glucose) to 0.42 (60 mm glucose). A slight OXPHOS activation is observed in this case.
