Fas is activated by EGF-induced EGFR signaling. SW480 (A) and HCT116 (B) cells were incubated with or without indicated concentrations of EGF (ng/ml) for 5 minutes before cell lysates were collected and subjected to SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting with indicated antibodies.
