(A) PLN cells isolated from each group were treated with PMA/ionomycin/brefeldin A for 4 h and stained for intracellular cytokines [interleukin (IL)-4 and IFN-γ]. The percentages of IFN-γ⁺CD4⁺ and IL-4⁺CD4⁺ T cells were measured by flow cytometry. (B,C) PLN cells were treated with anti-CD3/CD28 monoclonal antibodies for 48 h, and IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13 and IFN-γ levels in the culture supernatant were measured with a cytometric bead array kit.
