miR-665 inhibitor promotes cell proliferation and migration of ovarian cancer cells. Effect of miR-665 on cell proliferation was evaluated by a colony formation assay. (A) HO8910 and (B) OVCAR-3 cells transfected with miR-665 inhibitor or NC inhibitor were seeded into 6-well plates.
