Sows were regarded as the experimental units, n = 10 for each group. H: high litter performance group; L: low litter performance group; G109: day 109 of gestation; L21: day 21 of lactation; OTU: operational taxonomic units; ACE: abundance-based coverage estimator. When significant main effects or interactive effects were observed, the means were compared using the least significant difference method with a P < 0.05 indicating significance.
