Silencing of LINC00152 inhibits HCC cellular proliferation in vitro. (a) LINC00152 shRNAs reduced endogenous LINC00152 expression compared with either scrambled shRNAs or shRNA-NC in both Huh7 and HCCLM3 cells (** p < 0.01). (b) Huh7 and HCCLM3 cell proliferation was decreased 4 days after LINC00152-shRNAs transfection as evaluated by CCK-8 assay (** p < 0.01). (c) EdU (5-Ethynyl-2ʹ-deoxyuridine) incorporation assays showed that Huh7 and HCCLM3 cell growth was suppressed 48 h after LINC00152-shRNAs transfection (** p < 0.01).
