a The null hypothesis of genotype frequency is 1:1:1:1. AD/W denotes F1s with heterozygote SiCYC1A: A combination of one allele from DA, SiCYC1AD and another allele from WT, SiCYC1AW. Similarly, BD/Wdenotes F1s with heterozygous SiCYC1B: A combination of one allele from DA, SiCYC1BD and another allele from WT, SiCYC1BW. The parent DA is a heterozygote for SiCYC1A and SiCYC1B (AD/WBD/W), while parent WT is homozygous for both locus (AW/WBW/W).
