V proteins bind CA-MDA5 mutants. HA-epitope-tagged V protein from PIV5, Nipah virus, measles virus, Hendra virus, or mumps virus was coexpressed with FLAG epitope-tagged WT or CA-MDA5 or the empty vector as indicated.
