Co-dominant/dominant ratio of unique recipient immunopeptide (URiP)-encoding nonsynonymous polymorphisms (nsSNPs). The number of URiP-encoding nsSNPs predicted to be co-dominant (i.e., both allelic variants give rise to peptides predicted to bind specific MHC) divided by the number of dominant nsSNPs. Only the concordant predictions between programs (shown as “overlap” at Figure 5) were used for both strong and weak binding thresholds.
