Effects of broccoli sprout extract on formation of AGEs in vitro. BSA was incubated with 1 mM glyceraldehyde in the presence or absence of the indicated concentrations of glucoraphanin-rich broccoli sprout extract for 1 day, and then levels of AGEs were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
