Effect of Notch1 overexpression and silencing on OGD/R-treated neuron cell survival and cellular apoptosis. (a) Notch1 expression in neuron was overexpressed or silenced by transfected Notch1 overexpression adenovirus (Ad-Notch1) and Notch1 shRNA adenovirus (Ad-sh-Notch1).
