Autophagy is modulated by ColVI. (A) Western blotting of LC3 lipidation in total cell extracts from WT and Col6a1^-/- fibroblasts maintained in complete medium or subjected to serum withdrawal for 3 h. When indicated, cells were grown onto purified ColVI, provided as adhesion substrate. (B) Densitometric quantifications of LC3-II/LC3-I ratio, calculated from three independent western blot experiments as shown in (A).
