Kinetics of [18F]2 in isolated rat heart. Data for [18F]1, [11C]MIBG and [11C]HED are shown for comparison. The tracer is infused for 10 min to measure its neuronal uptake rate (Kup, mL/min/g wet), then the heart is switched to normal perfusate to measure tracer clearance rates (T1/2, h).
